We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities

Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages In-Home Designer Role

Have in-home appointments booked for you daily. Visit clients in their homes to design dream bath and shower solutions. Leverage our top-quality products to create customized solutions. Build a report with clients, offering guidance and expertise. Close sales and contribute to our growth and your success. Qualifications

You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals A consistent top performer in sales Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred What We’re Looking For

Passion for design and helping clients realize their vision. Motivated self-starters who thrive in a commission-based environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in sales, design, or remodeling is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate! Compensation

$125,000 - $200,000 yearly
