
Overview
Ameco Playgrounds is looking for a freelance Sales Agent or Distributor to manage and convert a growing flow of inbound leads and to further expand our custom-made indoor playground solutions across Central Europe.
Ameco receives frequent inquiries from prospects interested in indoor playground projects. We are looking for a proven closer who can take ownership of these leads, guide prospects professionally, and convert opportunities into signed deals.
Ideally, you are already active in selling indoor and/or outdoor playgrounds, leisure or family entertainment concepts, or closely related solutions. This role is particularly suited for professionals who want to add a premium indoor playground offering to an existing portfolio.
This is a 100% commission-based freelance collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of inbound leads generated by Ameco (website, marketing, referrals).
Qualify leads quickly and professionally (budget, scope, timing, feasibility).
Advise prospects based on your hands-on experience with playground or leisure projects.
Coordinate with Ameco’s internal teams to prepare accurate commercial proposals.
Negotiate and close deals — closing is a key success factor in this role.
Proactively generate additional opportunities through your own network in Central Europe.
Ensure structured follow-up and pipeline management.
Maintain long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat projects.
Represent Ameco Playgrounds as a local commercial partner.
Profile
Proven experience as a freelance sales agent or distributor.
Strong preference for candidates already selling playgrounds (indoor and/or outdoor) or closely related leisure infrastructure.
Solid track record in B2B sales and deal closing.
Experience handling and converting inbound leads.
Professional working proficiency in English (required).
Additional Central European languages are a strong asset.
Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills.
Ability to assess projects from both a technical and commercial perspective.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working on a 100% commission basis.
Well organised and disciplined in follow-up and communication.
