Small Business Sales Representative – ADT (Minnesota)
Hiring for the current markets Twin Cities and Mankato, Rochester, St Cloud, Brainerd, Minneapolis, St Paul

with strong daily activity expectations — perfect for someone who thrives meeting decision-makers, generating their own pipeline, and closing deals face-to-face. $105,000–$300,000+ annual earning potential

As a Small Business Solutions Advisor, you will help local businesses protect what matters most by offering ADT’s full suite of security, automation, and smart business solutions. Success in this role comes from
consistent outreach ,
relationship building , and
field presence . Daily responsibilities include:
Meeting
10+ new businesses per day
in the field Making
50+ outbound calls per day
to businesses inside Salesforce Managing and working a Salesforce pipeline of warm and cold leads Conducting on-site walkthroughs and needs assessments Presenting customized ADT solutions (alarms, cameras, access control, automation) Creating proposals and managing documentation in Salesforce CRM Following up with business owners to close sales and schedule installations Conducting post-installation follow-ups and generating referrals You’ll have industry-leading training and tools — but your earnings depend on your consistency and activity.
