Minnesota Resale Sales Team . This role is built for someone who thrives in a

high-activity, phone-driven environment , using strong communication and CRM discipline to help former ADT customers reactivate or upgrade their systems.

Compensation & Benefits

$105,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential (W2)

Uncapped commissions + monthly bonuses

Training wage up to $4,000 during your first 8 weeks

Job Summary As a Resale Sales Representative, you will contact previous ADT customers whose systems are inactive or outdated. Your role is to rebuild trust, explain updated solutions, and schedule reactivations or upgrades through consistent, high-volume calling.

This is ideal for someone who prefers phone work over field sales, excels with structure, metrics, and CRM organization, can handle a large daily workload of leads and accounts, wants a high-income role without a door-to-door requirement.

Responsibilities

Work 150+ leads/accounts per day through outbound calling and follow-up

Re-engage discontinued or dormant ADT customers

Present reactivation and upgrade solutions over the phone

Build value in ADT’s smart home and automation technology

Schedule installation or upgrade appointments

Manage your sales pipeline through Salesforce

Update documentation, quotes, and account notes accurately

Maintain consistent follow-up for pending opportunities

Conduct post-installation courtesy calls and drive referrals

Workstyle & Schedule

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday–Friday (no required nights or Sundays)

Environment Options: In-office (preferred for coaching and collaboration), Hybrid (mixed office + remote days), Remote eligible after consistent performance

This position involves minimal fieldwork, most interaction, email, and Salesforce.

Qualifications Required

Strong communication and phone etiquette

Ability to work a high-volume sales pipeline daily

CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience preferred but not required)

High attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to quickly learn smart home/security products

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred (not required)

Inside sales, call center, or appointment-setting background

Experience from home services, telecom, or similar phone-heavy roles
