Key Responsibilities

Client advisory & delivery: Lead workstreams within client engagements to diagnose AI impacts on work, roles, and skills; synthesize findings into clear recommendations and implementation roadmaps.

Facilitate client workshops on job reimagination, future skills mapping, and change readiness; translate insights into practical actions across HR processes (e.g., job architecture, compensation, assessment).

Solution design & analytics: Apply AI sensitivity analysis, skills inference, and task decomposition to evaluate role changes and productivity outcomes; quantify value cases with supporting data.

Use and help evolve Aon’s GenAI-enabled delivery tools (e.g., Job Matching, Job Description Writer, Job Evaluation) and the Compensation Manager platform to improve quality, speed, and scale.

Integration across Talent Solutions: Collaborate with colleagues in Rewards & Career, Assessment, and People Analytics to bring a unified AI perspective to client solutions; contribute to repeatable playbooks and assets.

Thought leadership & GTM support: Develop point of view, case studies, and client-ready content on AI’s impact on talent and rewards; support targeted go-to-market initiatives and industry themes by sharing insights from delivery.

Risk, ethics & governance: Advise clients on responsible AI for HR—privacy, fairness, transparency, human oversight—and embed governance into solution design and change plans.

What You’ll Bring Experience

5–8+ years in consulting, people analytics, HR technology, or adjacent fields; hands-on exposure to job architecture, rewards, or assessment programs is a strong plus.

Practical experience applying AI/ML or advanced analytics to workforce or HR use cases (e.g., skills inference, role redesign, workforce planning, talent assessment).

Skills

Structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven consulting; confident facilitation with senior stakeholders.

Ability to translate technical concepts (LLMs, embeddings, model evaluation) into business outcomes.

Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Python/R, SQL) or enterprise HR platforms; familiarity with Aon’s Compensation Manager and GenAI delivery tools is advantageous.

Clear, compelling communication—written, visual, and verbal—tailored to executive audiences.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or HR field required; advanced degree (MS/MA/MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., data science, AI ethics) preferred.

Client impact: Deliver engagements that measurably improve decision quality, speed, and adoption of AI in HR.

Collaboration: Work across Talent Solutions practices to integrate advisory, analytics, and technology into cohesive offerings.

Quality & ethics: Uphold responsible AI standards and Aon’s risk management principles in every client deliverable.
