Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Specialist located in Ashburn, VA. The Contract Specialist will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and managing contractual agreements, as well as negotiating terms with clients and partners. The role also involves ensuring compliance with both company policies and regulations, maintaining accurate contract documentation, and providing insights to support informed decision-making. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to evaluate contract terms, risk mitigation, and decision-making support Proven experience in contract negotiation and a thorough understanding of contractual agreements Proficiency in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and compliance monitoring Effective communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in contract management software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field is preferred Familiarity with government contracts, FAR/DFAR regulations, and IT contracts is advantageous Active Top Secret Clearance would be nice but not required
