Business Development Manager

to join our team. We seek a professional with proven experience selling and implementing high-value sales who thrives on identifying and closing new business while caring for the client throughout the process. This is a hybrid role

working remotely from a home office, with travel locally and within the region for prospect and client meetings, plus full days at client sites to maximize networking and relationship building opportunities. A successful candidate will have a proven track record and be comfortable engaging with high-level decision makers, including C-Suite. This role will manage the strategic sales process from identifying client needs to presenting solutions and managing the implementation of new programs. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to diversify offerings and client base. Develop and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Lead the strategic sales process: identify client needs, define and present solutions, and oversee implementation of new programs. Engage with executive-level stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles. Collaborate cross-functionally to address client requirements and drive successful project outcomes. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Develop action plans to achieve KPIs and sales goals and negotiate contracts as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 3–5 years of consultative sales experience selling professional services, preferably in life sciences Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficient at closing sales and maintaining client relationships Experience with prospecting and traveling up to 75% locally Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling in staffing, insourcing and/or laboratory services Experience using a CRM Experience leading and managing projects Book of business within the biopharma industry

Target compensation:
