We’re seeking a Paid Social Associate with 1–4 years of experience to support and execute social advertising efforts across platforms including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels. You will work with internal teams to set up campaigns, support monthly budget pacing, track and analyze performance metrics, implement account optimizations, and contribute to reporting for multiple client accounts across major social advertising platforms. This role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to present insights and recommendations with guidance from senior team members. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience supporting budget management and pacing for paid media campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects or client tasks simultaneously. Strong collaborator who works well with cross-functional teams and is eager to learn from others. Ability to review performance data and information from multiple sources to help inform recommendations and next steps.
Responsibilities
Support Strategy: Support the development and execution of paid social strategies for travel and tourism clients with guidance from senior team members. Campaign Execution: Assist in activating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Client Support: Contribute to client communications by helping prepare strategy decks, performance updates, and insights for presentations and meetings. Platform & Trend Awareness: Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and changes in user behavior, sharing relevant insights with the team. Budget Support: Assist with budget pacing and day-to-day budget management to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and within approved spend. Team Collaboration: Work closely with media planners and account teams to support integrated marketing initiatives and smooth campaign execution. Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative and content teams to make recommendations and implement platform-specific ad copy and creative assets. Reporting & Analysis: Support monthly reporting by pulling data, identifying performance trends, and assisting with optimization recommendations. Testing & Optimization: Assist with testing new ad formats, placements, and targeting strategies to support ongoing performance improvements.
Requirements
1–4 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta; experience with Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, and TikTok is a plus. Experience working in a digital agency or supporting multiple accounts in a fast-paced marketing environment. Understanding of media strategy, creative best practices, audience segmentation, and conversion tactics across platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Ability to analyze performance data and help translate insights into optimization recommendations. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage own workflow while coordinating with project teams and leadership on timelines, deliverables, and priorities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines in a dynamic environment. Willing to take direction if and when needed, but also work independently. Able to respond positively to client and peer criticism and feedback. Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and clients. Display a dependable, strong work ethic. Nice to have: Experience working with clients in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industries. Nice to have: Experience with Google Analytics.

This is a remote position. We are open to a remote candidate located anywhere in the US or a candidate based in our Sarasota, FL/Lakewood, CO office.
Compensation
