JOB SUMMARY The Senior Art Director (SAD) leads visual concepting and design execution across multi-format creative initiatives, bringing elevated craft, strong conceptual thinking, and strategic design insight to every project. This role guides designers, shapes visual direction, and ensures deliverables are compelling, accurate, and aligned with creative and client objectives. The Senior Art Director maintains strong operational discipline-managing timelines, documentation, file organization, and quality-while balancing hands-on design with leadership responsibilities.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Highly skilled visual storyteller with strong conceptual chops and a refined design aesthetic. 6+ years of agency or multi-disciplinary design experience. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex workstreams. Confident presenting work, explaining rationale, and collaborating across teams. Supportive mentor capable of coaching designers and elevating the work. Comfortable working within structured workflows, timelines, and production processes. RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead design concepting and visual development for assigned projects and campaigns. Translate briefs, strategy, and insights into strong, audience-centered visual solutions. Provide clear, constructive feedback to designers to elevate overall craft and consistency. Maintain timeline discipline, ensuring work progresses smoothly through reviews and production. Prepare files, assets, and documentation with exceptional accuracy and organization. Support photo/video shoots through visual planning, mood boards, and on-set creative input. Execute advanced retouching, compositing, and layout refinement as needed. Partner with Creative Directors to ensure visual direction aligns with broader creative and client goals. REQUIREMENTS

BA/BFA preferred. 6+ years of design experience (agency preferred). Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and high-level execution across formats. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools. Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills. Understanding of production processes and multi-channel design requirements. LOCATION:

$80,000 - $90,000
