is currently looking for a
Region Sales and Marketing Manager . The right candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs targeted towards new and existing markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Review the analysis on product, features, and neighborhood amenities to make recommendations to region and division management
Collaborate with region and division management to recommend product placement and pricing strategy to produce and sustain the desired market share
Review division sales forecast and guide division performance goals
Research and monitor competitor products and marketing activities
Collaborate with corporate and division marketing departments to implement strategic marketing plans to achieve region and division objectives for established goals
Approve marketing activities including print, online campaigns, electronic media, and direct mail
Evaluate market research to create or adjust strategy to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
Oversee region and division sales and marketing operating budgets
Monitor market results to adjust marketing and sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Review division sales performance against established goals and determine effectiveness of existing marketing activities, product and market conditions
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Ability to travel overnight
Promote liaisons between sales department and other related departments
Promote realtor outreach programs
Coordinate community grand openings and new phase release dates by identifying market indicators to optimize marketing and sales activities
Required Qualifications
Fifth year college or university program certificate
Six to eight years of related experience and/or training
Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
Proficiency with MS Office and email
Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
The noise level is generally moderate
