Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong visual instincts, sharp execution skills, and the ability to connect design decisions to real business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and marketing – turning strategic ideas into thoughtful and engaging content pets parents will love. Responsibilities

Translate business goals into thoughtful, effective visual solutions across print, digital, and consumer-facing platforms Apply a strong command of color, typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition to elevate brand expression Design within established brand systems while also helping evolve and refine them as needed Develop brand guidelines from scratch for new products or rebrands, ensuring consistency and longevity Quickly produce high-quality assets using existing brand standards without sacrificing taste Collaborate closely with fellow designers, copywriters, marketers, and cross-functional partners to ideate and execute creative concepts Present and articulate design ideas clearly, confidently, and persuasively to earn alignment and buy-in Stay current on design trends, tools, and the broader creative landscape—and know when to apply them (and when not to) Minimum Qualifications

4-6+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house, agency, or consumer brand environment A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design taste, visual problem-solving, and attention to detail across multiple mediums Hands-on experience designing for print, digital, and consumer-facing platforms, including production-ready assets Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); experience in Figma is a plus Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Preferred Qualifications

Basic illustration skills (Procreate, Adobe Fresco a plus) Experience with packaging graphics and dielines Basic experience using Figma to design web-related projects and digital experiences Physical Requirements
