Caturus, LLC, an integrated natural gas and LNG company focused on responsible sourcing of low-emission fuel to domestic and international markets, is looking for an Executive Assistant, Corporate Affairs. This role is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to senior leadership overseeing all calendar scheduling, travel arraignments, report preparation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executive. The Executive Assistant will be based in Houston, TX and report directly to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Key Accountabilities

Provide comprehensive support to the Corporate Affair team by managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations. Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries and supporting executives in completing expense reports. Perform filing, coordination of signatures via adobe sign, correspondence, presentation editing, clerical document assistance, and other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested. Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational issues. Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are aligned across the corporate affairs function. Assist with preparation and coordination of board materials and executive documentation Arrange catering needs for department meetings as requested. Perform additional duties as assigned in an efficient and timely manner. Qualifications

Education, Certificates, and Licenses: High school diploma required; associates degree or higher-level education preferred. Experience: 7+ years of experience in an administrative role; previous experience as an administrative assistant required. Industry related experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat (PDFs). Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent multitasking skills. Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire, familiarity with the roles and function of the assigned department, and any specifically applicable guidelines. Take initiative mindset, proactive and problem-solving attitude, flexibility, team player attitude. Familiar with arranging international travel.
