Analytical & Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into optimization actions that drive pipeline and revenue. Outcome-Oriented Mindset : You focus on impact over activity and optimize toward clear business goals like efficiency, pipeline, and growth. Hands-on & Proactive : You take ownership, move fast, and learn through testing rather than waiting for perfect conditions. Collaborative & Low Ego : You value open discussion, shared learning, and improving results together. Language Skills : Business-fluent English (written and spoken). German is a plus. Nice to Have : Experience with
WordPress and Webflow or Framer , including
landing page optimization ; basic
design collaboration
using tools like

startup or scale-up environment ; and familiarity with
AI tools
for marketing analysis or creative workflows. Benefits
Real Impact, No Busywork : You’re not managing tickets. You’re shaping a brand, pipeline, and growth with direct access to decision-makers. Remote-First & Low Overhead : Work fully remote with a lean setup, fast decisions, and minimal bureaucracy. Creative Freedom with Responsibility : You get room to test, iterate, and build. With that freedom comes ownership of results. A Product with Proof : adstrong demonstrably boosts revenue, visibility, and branding for agencies and online shops. Selling impact is easier than selling promises. Deep Market Relevance : We influence more than 20% of the global Google CSS ecosystem and work with thousands of online shops across Europe.
