The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience handling export documentation and a thorough understanding of export procedures, compliance requirements, and international trade standards. Responsibilities
Prepare and review export documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC), shipping instructions, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other related documents Ensure all documentation complies with LC terms, international trade regulations, and company policies Coordinate closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, banks, and shipping lines to ensure accurate and timely documentation Monitor shipment details to ensure consistency across all documents Identify and resolve discrepancies in export documents to avoid delays or penalties Maintain organized and accurate records of export documentation Stay up to date with changes in export regulations and international trade requirements Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in export documentation Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit (LCs) and international trade documentation Thorough understanding of export procedures, compliance, and regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Proficiency with export documentation systems and standard office software Preferred Skills
Experience working with banks and LC compliance Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping practices Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Company Description
