Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (In-Person | Atlanta, GA)
We are seeking a creative, execution-focused Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to support a small private equity firm and its four portfolio companies. This role is ideal for someone who can both create and implement—writing strong copy, designing engaging graphics, managing social platforms, and making real-time updates to company websites. Key Responsibilities
Create original written and visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns Design graphics, short-form videos, and branded digital assets Manage and post content across platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram Build and maintain content calendars for multiple brands Make updates and improvements to company websites (content edits, layout changes, landing pages, etc.) Collaborate with leadership and portfolio company teams to align messaging and priorities Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and growth Ideal Candidate
Strong writer with a modern, professional voice Visually creative with a strong eye for design Comfortable owning social media posting and engagement Able to make direct changes to company websites (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.) Highly organized, adaptable, and self-directed Experience managing multiple brands or business lines a plus Application Requirement
Candidates must provide a portfolio or examples of prior work, including writing samples, social posts, and graphic or website examples.
