With 5 NYC studios and expanding quickly, WTHN’s Community Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in bringing the WTHN brand to life inside our studios: driving bookings, client education, and membership.
The Role The Community Marketing Coordinator owns the development and implementation of in-studio marketing, membership, and local grassroots marketing across WTHN’s NYC locations. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role focused on retention, repeat bookings, and local demand generation.
You’ll develop and activate promotions, referral initiatives, member events, corporate relationships, client education campaigns and studio signage that directly impact studio sales. Your north star metrics are monthly studio bookings and in‑studio product sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage in‑studio campaign calendar.
Create thoughtful educational content, promotions, packages, product bundles and related materials that support the client journey and deliver the best client‑focused health outcomes.
Manage Member and VIP engagement and marketing.
Develop and manage personal member relationships. Develop member referral initiatives. Host membership events and VIP clients. Gather regular member feedback. Manage member gifting & anniversaries.
Oversee grassroots / local marketing.
Work closely with studio teams leading strategy + execution for regular street‑level flyering and marketing to our studio neighborhood communities.
Manage production of elevated in‑studio creative. Including TV, print collateral/flyers, boutique signage, sandwich boards, client gifting and anniversaries, WTHN Merch.
Liaise between studio field teams and marketing.
Develop and disseminate monthly studio marketing 1-sheeter and field questions and requests from studio teams.
Support studio marketing’s digital footprint.
Gather and update WTHN Healer Bios and headshots, Google Business Pages & reviews, optimize individual studio and service web pages.

Partners with HQ Marketing, Studio Managers, Healers, Events Marketing Manager, and Social Media Manager
Tools & Skills
Strong copywriting skills with a performance and brand mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form relationships with people of all backgrounds
Basic design skills and comfort creating and adapting assets
Experience with Klaviyo for retention and campaign email marketing
Working knowledge of Figma
Experience using AIR for in‑studio creative
Familiarity with Instagram for in‑studio content capture and collaboration
Experience & Requirements
3-5 years of experience in retail, wellness, hospitality, or service‑based marketing
Experience with membership marketing, retention marketing, or loyalty programs
Experience supporting or activating referral programs, partnerships, or corporate wellness initiatives
Demonstrated ability to drive performance against core metrics (bookings, utilization, retention)
Experience supporting brick‑and‑mortar locations with on‑site execution
Strong project management, analytical, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple studios
Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating meaningful in‑person experiences
