I am an AI Automation & Systems Architect running my personal brand and owning a B2B AI automation consultancy in its early growth stage. We already have multiple case studies and paying clients. I help companies automate workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and build custom Notion workspaces. What I’m Looking For
An experienced specialist in lead generation and sales support, ideally with background in tech/AI/no-code niches or working for agencies/freelancers in similar fields. You should have proven results in identifying high-quality opportunities, researching prospects, and crafting tailored outreach content that drives responses. I’m not looking for beginners—I want someone with demonstrated expertise I can build on and refine. I have a solid system already in place, including: Detailed SOPs and frameworks for opportunity qualification and personalized content creation An AI-assisted filtering agent and prompts (using Claude AI) A Google Sheet tracking shortlisted opportunities and alerts A Notion CRM for logging research and interactions Case studies database and template library Your role would involve executing and improving this system: researching jobs/clients, qualifying fits, drafting customized proposal/content outlines based on my framework, and suggesting optimizations for better reply rates. I’ll review and finalize/submit everything myself. If you have additional lead gen methods (e.g., warm leads from other channels), I’m open to discussing how to integrate them—the more value you bring, the more opportunities for long-term collaboration and growth. This starts focused on Upwork opportunities but could expand to other platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Reddit, etc.) once results are proven. Lead Qualification & Research Review daily opportunities against my criteria (20-30+ per day initially) Use AI tools for initial filtering, then apply human judgment Research client/prospect background (e.g., history, needs, patterns) Document insights and patterns to refine our process Draft personalized proposal outlines or outreach messages using my established framework Ensure high quality, natural tone, and relevance (aim for 10-20 quality drafts/day) Track performance metrics and suggest data-backed improvements Follow-Up Support Prepare briefs and context for client interactions Update Notion CRM with all research and notes All work uses my provided tools (Notion, Claude AI with custom prompts, Google Sheets) for consistency.
