Are you interested in managing high-performing paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other social media platforms? We’re looking for a data-driven digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to manage successful paid social campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.

How will you make a difference? As a Social Media Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering measurable results by creating, managing, and reporting on paid social campaigns. Working alongside a team of experts, you’ll blend analytical and creative skills to develop effective ad strategies, test creative variations, and refine targeting for maximum impact. You’ll also directly communicate with clients, presenting insights and recommendations to achieve their goals.

What will you do?

Monitor and analyze paid social campaign performance across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, and others, translating data into clear strategic recommendations.

Apply statistical and competitive analysis to evaluate advertising performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Build and launch compelling paid social ads, writing primary text, headlines, and descriptions aligned to client goals.

Test and evaluate creative, audience, and targeting variations to identify the most effective strategies for each client and initiative.

Communicate with clients regularly via email and video calls on timelines, budgets, reporting, and performance insights, providing clear recommendations and next steps.

Develop, maintain, and present performance reports and dashboards using Excel and Looker Studio, explaining performance drivers and recommending actionable improvements.

Collaborate with Social Media team members and cross-functionally to support client communication and related action items.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

1+ years of full-time professional experience in paid social marketing (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)

Essential Qualifications

High level of proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, conditional formatting, etc.)

Familiarity with paid social platforms

Proficiency in Google suite and Microsoft suite

Excellent time management, organization, and client-facing skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
