A strong emphasis is placed on email modernization, cross channel strategy, and preparing organizations to successfully adopt AI powered marketing capabilities, including automation, predictive analytics, and real time optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data driven strategic initiatives across email, SMS, mobile, and emerging digital channels to support client growth and long term success
Drive modernization of enterprise email programs, including modular design systems, scalable templates, and AI ready frameworks
Lead AI readiness initiatives by assessing client ecosystems and designing strategies that enable scalable adoption of AI driven marketing technologies
Translate complex customer, behavioral, and campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that influence enterprise decision making
Develop measurement frameworks, segmentation strategies, and testing roadmaps that optimize performance and uncover new growth opportunities
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients by delivering forward thinking, solution focused guidance that strengthens long term relationships
Monitor and evaluate emerging trends, tools, and technologies and integrate relevant innovations into client strategies and internal best practices
Collaborate closely with creative, development, data, and campaign teams to bring strategic vision to life
Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and strategic playbooks that communicate complex ideas in a clear, engaging, and client friendly way

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably within marketing services, consulting, or agency environments
Proven ability to deliver innovative, data driven strategies that drive measurable business impact and long term client value
Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including ESPs, CDPs, analytics platforms, segmentation tools, and data privacy best practices
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate insights into enterprise level recommendations
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to bridge technical complexity and executive level decision making
Highly organized, self motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining strategic focus
