What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive sales of Fixed License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras by identifying use cases and crafting tailored solutions

Serve as the technical expert for LPR product knowledge and implementation logistics

Collaborate with Key Account Leaders to support complex sales cycles and engage decision-makers

Coordinate and deliver product demonstrations, pilots, and customer education sessions

Gather field insights to improve product-market fit and enhance customer value

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure

Proven track record of managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quotas

Strong technical aptitude in explaining camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software

Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts

Deep understanding of the public safety/government procurement landscape, including RFPs and budgets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

High integrity and mission alignment with the ability to build trust with law enforcement customers

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal

Willingness to travel 30–50% to customer sites, events, and demos
