As a representative of our valued clients, you will primarily work with ATT customers, providing support and guidance on their inquiries regarding products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm while addressing customer inquiries
Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of service
Educate customers about services and promotions to enhance their experience

REQUIREMENTS
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
Proficiency in computer applications and systems
Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
