TEKsystems is hiring for Member Service Representatives with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Winchester, VA. This is a Contract to Hire position with hybrid work arrangements. Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries and requests from members within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven contact center operation. Provide information regarding the company\'s products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, system adaptability, and engagement to ensure a positive member experience. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts. Advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs and create opportunities for positive interaction. Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required. 1-2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, banking, or related). Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. Willingness to help others and ability to navigate difficult conversations. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills. Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day; a 6-day availability is required. Multiple shift times available (start times between 12:30 PM and 03:00 PM CT). Monday - Saturdays OR Sundays - Fridays (1 fixed day-off and 1 rotating day-off). Must have a 9.5-hour window of flexibility to work. Schedules provided two weeks in advance. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $19.50 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
