Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
At Figma, great communication plays a big part in how we bring our community along with us. We’re looking for someone to help us run an effective, thoughtful, and scalable global email program.
In this role, you’ll own our end-to-end email production workflow: building visibility across our global email calendar, partnering closely with teammates across Marketing, and keeping our processes running smoothly. You’ll also manage our external production agency and help shape how we use AI to move faster and smarter. If you love bringing structure to complexity, collaborating across teams, and improving systems over time, this role is for you.
Email is one of the main ways we communicate with our community at scale. You’ll help us deliver messages that feel thoughtful, relevant, and timely. You’ll be the connective partner who brings visibility, consistency, and craft to our email program—while helping us evolve how we work with AI and automation. Your work will make it easier for teams across Figma to stay aligned and move quickly, all while delivering a best‑in‑class experience to our users.
This is a full‑time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Build and maintain a clear, reliable view of our global email calendar across lifecycle programs, product updates, campaigns, and more
Run intake and prioritization processes to help teams plan work, avoid conflicts, and make smarter decisions about timing and audiences
Create clarity and alignment across teams through documentation and processes, especially as our email volume and audience grow
Act as the main point of contact for our email production agency and external vendors, ensuring high‑quality work, consistent SLAs, and smooth collaboration
Set standards for how requests are briefed, assets are delivered, QA is performed, and work moves from idea to send
Evaluate where we can use AI and automation to streamline how we produce, review, and schedule emails
Help project manage large cross‑functional initiatives and drive how we report on email campaign impact on a regular cadence to our partners
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
3–5+ years in email operations, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or similar roles where production and process are core to the work
Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira and ESPs such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar
Strong organizational and project management skills—you enjoy bringing clarity and order to fast‑moving, cross‑functional work
Comfortable navigating data, project tools, and workflow systems
Experience using AI tools to streamline manual work or build new workflows
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience managing vendors or production agencies
Basic email HTML/CSS knowledge to support QA
Experience working on global email programs or across multiple regions
Familiarity with lifecycle strategy, segmentation, personalization, or experimentation
Pay Transparency Disclosure
If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub): $102,000 – $238,000 USD
