What to Expect
Lead the strategy and execution of partner marketing programs to support the growth and activation of strategic channel partners
Plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive partner engagement and pipeline growth
Develop enablement materials, co-branded content, and communication assets to empower partners
Track performance against KPIs and make recommendations to optimize marketing efforts
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on partner strategy and deliverables
What is Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years in partner or channel marketing
Proven ability to develop scalable sales enablement tools and co-marketing campaigns
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into partner-facing messaging
How to Stand Out
Experience working with resellers, carriers, or fleet management companies is a strong plus
Data-driven mindset; experienced in analyzing campaign results and optimizing for performance
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where agility and cross-functional teamwork are key
