Work in refrigerated areas Deal with sudden temperature changes Check produce quality and ensure proper rotation Prepare produce in a safe and orderly manner Keep the sales area and back room clean and free of clutter Order produce and buy locally as applicable Unload trucks and place items in the proper cooler Help customers in a friendly, courteous manner Observe Carlie C’s Uniform Standards and maintain a neat, clean appearance Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age, friendly, outgoing, neat and clean in appearance Must enjoy working with the public Previous Produce Management experience required Must be able to stand, bend, stoop and handle up to 75 lbs Must have ability to read shelf tags, labels and signs Must be able to write invoices and maintain appropriate paperwork
