We are a family-owned finance company that has been operating in Boulder, Colorado for over 50years. As a growing finance company, our team has an immediate need for a full-time SalesAssistant. We are looking for a driven, intelligent, hard-working individual ready to build along-term career. This individual will be eager to learn about building and maintainingrelationships with both current and potential clients. We are looking for a disciplined thinkerwith a strong work ethic who is kind, outgoing, and creative.
Qualifications
Self-motivated professional with a strong interest in sales
Clear-minded thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to proactively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management
Coachable -- willingness to learn how to strategize, plan, execute, and analyze marketingcampaigns (web, e-mail, and phone)
Self-starter that can handle a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimaldirection
Ability to gather, review, and present information in a logical and professional manner
Must have working familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (other applications such asCRM are a plus).
Ability and willingness to travel if required
Prefer candidates with customer service experience
Strongly prefer candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish

Compensation for this position will be hourly, with base-pay starting at $18/hr-$28/hr (based on specific factors such as: directsales experience, Spanish language skills, technical skills, and college education).
