Tradeshow Events Manager – B2B Tech Location:

Hybrid – Boulder, Colorado (in-office Tuesday & Thursday)

Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Boulder, CO office. Relocation assistance is not available. Only local candidates will be considered.

Spectra Logic is seeking a detail-oriented Tradeshow & Events Manager to support the planning and execution of the company’s B2B tradeshow and event programs. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys managing the operational details that contribute to successful events.

Working closely with Sales and Marketing, this individual will help deliver well‑executed events that enhance brand visibility, support lead generation efforts, and create positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities Tradeshow & Event Execution

Plan and execute Spectra Logic’s participation in global B2B tradeshows and industry events

Coordinate booth logistics, vendor relationships, contracts, timelines, and on‑site support

Manage event calendars and ensure key milestones and deliverables are met

Support booth messaging and asset development in partnership with the marketing team

Program Coordination & Budget Support

Track event expenses and assist with budget management and forecasting

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate within established guidelines

Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase execution efficiency

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

Partner with Sales and Marketing to coordinate pre‑event planning and post‑event follow‑up

Support lead capture processes and ensure timely data handoff to Sales

Gather feedback from stakeholders to help refine future event participation

Internal & Customer Events

Organize and plan customer meetings, regional events, and internal programs such as sales meetings

Manage logistical support to ensure a positive attendee experience

Travel requirement:

Up to 25%

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience managing B2B events and tradeshows

Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail

Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, and event logistics

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities

Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Preferred

Experience in B2B technology, data infrastructure, or enterprise marketing

Familiarity with large industry events such as NAB, ISC, Supercomputing, or similar

Compensation Base salary range: $70,000 – $90,000. This range represents a good faith estimate; actual compensation will be competitive based on skills, experience, and location.
