The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to support our client work by capturing high-quality photo and video content on site. This is a paid internship / contract role, ideal for someone early in their career who is serious about content creation and wants real-world experience working with clients in professional environments. You won’t be editing, posting, or managing accounts. Your job is simple and important: show up, represent RenegadesMedia well, and capture content we’re proud of. What You’ll Do
Visit a RenegadesMedia client once per month at their workplace Capture photo and video content based on a clear creative brief we provide Build quick rapport with the client and make them feel comfortable on camera Ask thoughtful questions to help capture authentic, usable moments Deliver raw photo and video files to our team promptly after each shoot Communicate clearly before and after shoots to confirm expectations and handoff What You Bring
Comfort and confidence using a camera in professional environments Strong people skills: you’re friendly, respectful, and easy to work with Reliability: you show up on time, every time Clear communication and follow-through A genuine interest in content creation, photography, and video Non-Negotiables
You must have access to your own camera You should ideally have a basic microphone or lapel mic for video capture What Success Looks Like
