Job Title: Social Content Creator
Location: Dripping Springs, TX (Hybrid)
Salary: $50,000 - $57,000, depending on experience
About the Role
We're looking for an in-house Social Content Creator with a strong emphasis on short-form video to help bring our brand, people, and services to life. This role is hands-on, creative, and production-oriented, focused on capturing, editing, and publishing engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
You'll spend a significant amount of time creating video in real environments, on-site, in the field, and with our teams, turning everyday moments into compelling stories that feel native to the platform they live on.
What You'll Do Create, edit, and schedule high-volume video content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Transform a provided content strategy and calendar into platform-ready posts, ensuring content is "translated" for each audience (e.g., adapting LinkedIn thought leadership into engaging Facebook and TikTok formats). Capture video in the field featuring employees, leaders, worksites, and day-to-day operations. Produce and edit a consistent flow of Reels, TikToks, carousels, and stories, owning the process from raw footage to final captions and overlays. Maintain a steady flow of video content aligned with brand, recruiting, and campaign priorities. Proactively identify and execute on TikTok/Reel trends and sounds that align with our brand identity. Manage the staging and scheduling of all posts in our social management tools for final approval. Collaborate with marketing, recruiting, and operations teams to identify and capture story opportunities. Stay current on video trends, platform best practices, and creative formats to ensure our brand remains relevant and experimental. Track engagement and performance, using insights to refine future content and improve workflow efficiency. Travel to facilities to capture content in Austin, San Antonio, and Houston is required.
