Serve as a senior creative leader and strategic partner to Creative Managers, Producers, and executive stakeholders, owning the development, integrity, and execution of the creative vision, visual language, and design standards for immersive attractions, environments, and guest experiences from concept through realization. Key Responsibilities

Lead and steward the creative vision across all phases of development, ensuring excellence, consistency, and scalability from early concept through production and installation Act as a senior creative authority translating high-level strategy into refined visual direction, design intent, and actionable creative deliverables Direct the creation of comprehensive design packages and reference documentation for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and creative fidelity through fabrication and build Partner with production leadership to define, evaluate, and execute proof-of-concept mockups and prototypes Champion brand strategy, IP integrity, and experiential pillars, clearly articulating the creative rationale behind design decisions to internal leadership, partners, and vendors Maintain and protect the creative connective tissue across all workstreams, including Marketing, Operations, Retail, Food & Beverage, and Attraction Production Provide on-site creative leadership during construction, installation, and programming phases, ensuring final execution meets the original creative intent and quality standards Mentor and guide junior designers, setting a high bar for creative excellence, collaboration, and professional growth Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of experience in experiential retail, exhibition design, theatrical design, or location-based entertainment, with demonstrated leadership across studio and on-site environments Proven experience delivering both temporary and permanent immersive environments at scale Deep expertise in translating brand strategy, visual identity, and IP into compelling, guest-facing design systems Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across diverse styles, mediums, and experiential formats Track record of innovation and creating emotionally resonant, story-driven guest experiences Advanced proficiency in 3D and digital design tools (SketchUp, Maya, Blender, Rhino) and design/illustration platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Strong understanding of fabrication methods, materials, finishes, and production constraints Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and inspire cross-functional partners Highly organized, with refined project documentation and digital workflow skills (Google Workspace and collaborative tools)
