
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detailed-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is someone looking to continue to grow their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing functions. You'll be working directly with executing campaigns, creating content, events and trade shows, and working closely with customers and client facing teams. The role will mainly focus on what's known as the Demand Generation are of Marketing, handling all aspects of trade shows and events whilst generating and growing the Frazier brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of start-to-finish trade show and events
Working directly with wider Marketing and Business Units to attract new business and grow Frazier's brand interest
Development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, email)
Coordinate and schedule social media posts across various platforms
Create marketing materials such as flyers, emails, and presentations
Update client collateral and create new communications
Event planning and direct support for trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events
Market research and competitor analysis
Track and report business KPIs
Assists with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
5 years of experience in a related position
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Strong understanding of marketing principals and digital marketing tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Experience with CRM, Salesforce a plus
Preferred (but not required):
Full-time: Salary 70,000-90,000 (dependent on experience level)
