As the Senior Director, HRBP, you will be a strategic HR leader who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving organizational effectiveness. You will partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with SharkNinja’s objectives, fostering agility, engagement, and continuous improvement. Your work will shape organizational design, talent strategies, and cultural transformation to support global leadership in innovation. Key responsibilities Strategic Advisor & Change Leader: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, drive HR strategies that accelerate business performance and organizational agility; lead transformation initiatives with urgency and precision. Organizational Effectiveness & Design: Diagnose challenges and design structures that maximize impact; apply SharkNinja’s mindset to seek problems, validate assumptions, and challenge the status quo. Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning: Build and execute strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent; implement succession planning, leadership development, and predictive workforce analytics. Culture & Engagement: Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture; reward behaviors that drive problem-solving and collaboration. Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to uncover issues, measure impact, and inform decisions; turn insights into action quickly. Problem-Solving & Innovation: Embrace SharkNinja’s principles such as Seek Problems, Bring on the Bad, See Red Where Others See Green, Dive into the Unknown, and Operate with Urgency. HR Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions across compensation, talent, DEI, and learning. Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7+ years in strategic HRBP roles; 7+ years leading HR teams with coaching and development of senior HR professionals. Experience leading HR Shared Services / HR Operations / People Experience functions; proven success driving large-scale change management and enterprise-wide HR transformation; ability to influence through data and predictive analytics. Deep understanding of HR Shared Services operating models, including HRIS/systems optimization, service delivery frameworks, and case management/tiered service structures. Experience building or improving process efficiency, standardization, and scalability across HR functions; ability to collaborate with COEs and Shared Services to implement integrated people solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred. Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness: Ability to influence senior executives, lead through complexity, and demonstrate strong coaching and facilitation skills; deep knowledge of org design, change management, and workforce planning. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Skilled at diagnosing issues and creating bold, practical solutions. Communication & Influence: Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
