About the Role We are looking for a motivated, licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team and represent clients across the Brooklyn market. This is a part-time, hybrid independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential for a driven agent who enjoys client-facing work and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
You will be responsible for supporting buyers, sellers, and landlords, managing client relationships, and helping drive transactions from first contact through closing. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and confident guiding clients through the real estate process with professionalism and excellent service.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Brooklyn, NY
Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings
Prepare and manage property listings, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and neighborhood comps
Communicate effectively with clients, co-brokers, attorneys, lenders, and internal team members
Negotiate offers and assist clients through the transaction process from start to finish
Maintain accurate records, follow up on leads, and manage multiple client timelines
Consistently meet activity and sales goals while maintaining high professional standards
Qualification
Strong knowledge of Brooklyn neighborhoods, market trends, and property types
Proven sales and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships
Confident communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
Prior real estate experience is strongly preferred (rentals and/or sales)
