Reporting directly to the Global VP of Sales, this is a founding role youll define how we drive renewals, expansions, and long-term value across our enterprise customer base. This role can be remote or hybrid (New York City)./ppYoull thrive in ambiguity, build structure from the ground up, and collaborate across teams to define and execute a scalable, strategic account motion. As a key member of the go-to-market organization, youll partner closely with Customer Success, Account Executives, and Pre-Sales to ensure seamless handoffs, knowledge transfer, and aligned customer outcomes. Youll act as a trusted consultant to our customersdeeply understanding their business priorities and leveraging insights to challenge their thinking, uncover opportunities, and strengthen their partnership with Enterpret./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliOwn and expand relationships with our largest enterprise accounts, driving renewal and growth./liliServe as the primary strategic point of contact for senior customer stakeholders./liliDevelop and execute account growth strategies in collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product./liliLeverage a Challenger Sales Force Management approach to provoke new perspectives, uncover growth opportunities, and position our solutions as critical to customer success./liliCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales through implementation and beyond./liliAnalyze account performance and usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for expansion./liliRepresent the customer internally, providing actionable insights that influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy./liliHelp design and operationalize the renewal and expansion motion as we scale./li/ulpYoull know youre successful when:/pulliRenewal and expansion targets are met or exceeded/liliYouve established repeatable processes for account planning, renewal forecasting, and executive engagement./liliInternal teams (Sales, CS, Product) rely on your customer insights to inform roadmap and strategy./liliCustomers cite you as a trusted strategic advisor in ad-hoc or QBR feedback./li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliExperience: 710 years of demonstrated success in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments, ideally within companies that have scaled rapidly from early-stage to growth-stage./liliSkills:/liulliProven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with a strong bias for execution and measurable results./liliDeep experience in strategic selling, prospecting, and expanding into new buying centers within large enterprise accounts./liliDemonstrated success in building scalable renewal and expansion motions, including forecasting, playbook development, and process improvement./liliStrong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for customers./liliProficiency with modern sales and customer engagement tools and comfort working with data-driven account insights./liliAbility to analyze product usage trends to identify early signals of growth, expansion, or risk and take proactive action./liliExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across technical and executive audiences./li/ul/ulpResearch shows that women and other underrepresented groups often dont apply for roles unless they meet every qualification.
