The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for working with all internal marketing team members and members of tech, admissions, and learning design. While the role demands an eCommerce managers competencies, its the conversion-driven, entrepreneurial smarts of a growth hacker that will set the perfect candidate apart./ppThis role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Digital Solutions and is located in Chicago, offering a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days required in the office every week and additional days as business needs arise./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliServe as the manager for the Content Management System (managing user access, permissioning, content governance, and maintaining optimal CMS health and integrity)./liliProactively develop and maintain flexible CMS modules and templates to support the needs of UX design, content creation, and technical SEO optimization./liliOwn the daily production and implementation of high volumes of digital content across multiple partitioned sites within the CMS, collaborating directly with designers and writers to ensure technical execution meets creative specifications./liliAct as the primary technical liaison between Marketing and Technology teams, managing and prioritizing content-related technical ticketing and coordinating resolution efforts with front-end and back-end developers./liliTechnically implement the dictated SEO strategy within the CMS structure, working closely with the SEO Manager (e.g., meta data, structured data, canonical tags)./liliMaintain the health of the CMS codebase in collaboration with the Technology team/liliMonitor and report all web traffic analytics, focusing on content performance, site uptime, and page load optimization./liliTest content, functionality, and performance across different browsers and cross platforms./liliRepair broken links and fix bugs, independently or with tech assistance./liliContribute to discussions on ways to improve content functionality and usability./liliWork with project management to ensure projects are on track and deadlines are met./liliAddress accessibility needs (ADA compliance)./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliBachelors degree in computer science, UXD, or related field/liliEvidence of continuing education, such as certifications, is a plus/lili5+ years experience in the technology or marketing field/liliStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills/liliAble to manage multiple websites/liliStrong working knowledge of all relevant coding languages (Javascript, CSS, HTML)/liliPrior experience with site design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Webflow, etc./liliPrior experience with CMS tools such as WordPress, Drupal, Cascade, Terminalfour, Joomla, Adobe Experience Manager, etc./liliExperience in site deployment and tracking/liliReporting progress in workflow tools such as Jira, Asana, and Workfront/liliCapable of managing web content management systems, e.g., WordPress/liliExcellent communicator, especially regarding the abstract concept/li/ulpAbout Everspring/ppEverspring is a leading provider of education technology and service solutions.
