Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our clients' company cultures
Develop strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from crafting compelling job postings to facilitating offer negotiations
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions promptly
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our strategies and outcomes
Provide regular updates to the management team regarding recruitment activities, candidate feedback, and market insights
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly advantageous
Proven experience in recruitment, with a successful track record of sourcing and placing candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams
Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and tools spanning various sectorsExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously
A proactive, results-oriented approach, demonstrating initiative in driving recruitment success
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new work environment; fully paid relocation support is provided
