Electro/Mechanical Technician - 2nd Shift

Join Our Team as an Electrical/Mechanical Technician at Pure Fishing!

Pure Fishing is on the lookout for an Electro/Mechanical Technician, on 2nd Shift, to keep our operations smooth and our lines tight. If you're ready to dive into a hands-on role where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you!

What will you do?

You'll be the go-to for maintaining and repairing machinery and mechanical equipment-everything from motors and conveyors to pumps, fans, and air conditioners.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnose mechanical issues by inspecting equipment. Disassemble machinery to repair or replace broken parts. Fine-tune mechanical components to keep systems humming. Clean and lubricate parts for optimal performance. Source and order necessary replacement parts. Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality. Follow all established safety procedures without exception. Request new parts and tools as needed. Operate shop equipment like mills, drill presses, and lathes with confidence. Troubleshoot electrical systems with tools such as ammeters, voltmeters, and ohmmeters. Work independently, adapting methods and tools to meet unique challenges. Solve most problems on your own-only the trickiest ones get escalated. Support and guide junior team members when needed. Fabricate custom parts and solutions with minimal guidance. Tackle any additional tasks that keep the team rolling. What Makes You a Great Catch?

We prefer candidates with at least three (3) years of related experience, or an associate degree plus one (1) year of hands-on work in a similar field

Strong knowledge of

PLC programming . Skilled in

electrical controls troubleshooting and applications . A self-starter mindset-you know how to get things done. High energy and passion for process improvements. Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.
