Job Summary As an Assistant Content Producer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brands to life through engaging digital content. This role supports content strategy, creation, and distribution across multiple platforms and works closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure everything we publish is polished, on-brand, and impactful.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, editing, and publishing content across multiple platforms

Organize and prepare product samples for content shoots

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing partners to ensure brand consistency

Support content calendars, scheduling, and deadlines

Organize, archive, and manage final content assets for distribution

Help brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas aligned with brand goals

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or a similar role

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

Knowledge of fishing fundamentals, gear, and rigging is a plus

Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a bonus
