The Opportunity

The

Senior HR Business Partner

will support the Global Customer Service and Operations and Corporate Real Estate organizations, delivering people solutions that drive business performance. This role will assess and address HR needs across performance management, talent management, organizational design, change management, and leadership development. Additionally, the HRBP will collaborate with MetLife’s HR Centers of Expertise to provide services in HR data analytics, compensation, learning and development, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and global mobility to advance business objectives.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities) Provide strategic HR consulting with client leadership to drive scalable transformation aligned with business goals Provide partnership, coaching and insights regarding organizational design and effectiveness to business leaders. Partner with business leadership teams to strengthen the leadership pipeline and succession planning efforts through coaching, counseling, and L&D efforts. Analyze and present key metrics insights to address business results, goals and objectives and make recommendations to drive targeted action plans to address areas of opportunity. Partner with the business to provide thought leadership and consultation on organizational health strategy, action plans, and implementation to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Leverage HR COEs to deliver full suite of HR capabilities and resources that support the achievement of business and enterprise goals. Collaborate with HR partners and COEs across MetLife to execute the enterprise strategy, participate on cross-functional initiatives/projects/programs, expand network and sphere of influence, and manage business as usual (BAU) matters. Keep leaders and employees informed of MetLife’s HR policies and administrative practices, and of proposed changes that will affect their operational effectiveness; devise and develop effective communication between and among management and employees on all policy changes. Drive continuous improvement recommendations on current processes to gain better efficiency in delivery What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

10+ years of strategic HR leadership experience, driving programs that enhance capabilities and help deliver on business outcomes Proven ability to influence and coach senior executives in a complex, matrixed environment. Experience working globally and familiarity with cultures outside of the US and non-US labor practices. Analytical and impact oriented, with bias for data-driven decision making and experience using people metrics to influence strategy. Ability to build, maintain, and influence relationships with leaders and HR leadership team members globally to broker services for clients and to participate positively and actively in the HR global network. Experience supporting a workforce that partners heavily with 3 rd party resources and vendors Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving skills in support of senior leaders in working through a path to the delivery of goals & initiatives as it relates to people. Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role

requiring a minimum of 3 days per week

in office.

The expected salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
