Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client in Marietta. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with email, phone, and spreadsheet-based processes. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone and email to assist with product usage and order tracking Process emailed customer orders efficiently and accurately Research and resolve paperwork related to damage and shortage claims Work with Excel spreadsheets to support order tracking and reporting Learn and utilize our ERP system and product line (training provided) Qualifications: Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic functions such as data entry, sorting, and filtering) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and grow within the role Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay Rate: $17/hr.
