The ideal candidate is highly proactive, commercially savvy and capable of influencing outcomes through strategic insight and worldclass execution. Responsibilities: Executive Partnership : Act as a strategic advisor and right hand to the senior leadership; ability to be a strategic ""sparring"" partner to key stakeholders. Be the central point of execution in driving key projects and programs which support long-term strategic plan. Play an essential role in the development of high-impact initiatives. Sales Strategy & Business Intelligence : Analyze sales performance data including KPI's to identify trends and provide actionable insights to influence decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Support, Mill/Field Service, Customers) to solve issues and drive enhanced customer experience. Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
