Northern Virginia Regional Human Resources Director

Hybrid Role (Remote / In-Person) Required Travel:

Northern Virginia & surrounding markets

Position Overview

As the

Regional Human Resources Director , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the HR strategy for our long-term care facilities across

Northern Virginia . This hybrid position combines remote work with in-person facility support and regular regional travel.

You will oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements, and foster a positive, engaged workplace culture that supports and values our healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred) Minimum of

5+ years of HR experience

in a long-term care or healthcare setting Proven leadership experience supporting

multi-site operations Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills Ability to travel regularly throughout

Northern Virginia and nearby areas Major Duties & Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational and regional goals Partner with executive and operational leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives Employee Relations Provide guidance and support to on-site HR teams regarding employee relations matters Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures across all facilities Talent Management Oversee recruitment and onboarding for key leadership and hard-to-fill roles Implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression Compliance Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations Identify and mitigate HR-related risks while promoting best practices Performance Management Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and corrective action plans Partner with leadership to address performance concerns proactively Employee Engagement Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction Serve as a trusted liaison between employees, management, and corporate HR Collaboration & Communication Build strong partnerships with facility administrators, managers, and corporate leadership Communicate HR policies, programs, and initiatives clearly and effectively at all levels Compensation & Benefits
