Grassland Dairy Products, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Export Specialist to support the accurate processing, tracking, and communication of export orders and product samples shipped worldwide. This role plays a key part in connecting internal teams, service providers, and global customers while ensuring compliance, precision, and efficiency across international logistics operations.
This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow in a fast-paced, globally connected industry and who approach obstacles as constructive challenges.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations: Enter, monitor, and track export orders and shipments with accuracy Prepare, review, and verify export documentation, loading details, and invoices Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific export requirements Communicate shipment details, schedules, and requirements with internal teams and external partners Maintain organized and complete records for all export activities Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, global logistics environment Collaborate as a team player and take on additional responsibilities as assigned Summary of Benefits:
