Our client is an industry leading, franchised company located here in the Dayton area. They are actively looking for a highly motivated Collections Specialist to join to their team. This individual will have the opportunity to work closely with the Accounting and Finance team to work through the full cycle collections process, provide solutions, and manage relationships.
Core Responsibilities of Collections Specialist:
-Work within the centralized billing system to manage national accounts and customer payment activity
-Conduct business to business collections process via communicating by phone and email
-The Collections Specialist will manage customer relationships
-Responsible for tracking payment issues or discrepancies
Qualifications of Collections Specialist:
- The Collections Specialist must have B2B collections experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- The Collections Specialist must have experience using Microsoft Excel
- Advanced organizational skills
