Role Description Boston Pads seeks a full-time Office Manager for its on-site location in Boston, MA. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, maintain office facilities and equipment, and support office processes to ensure smooth functioning. Responsibilities also include coordinating schedules, managing communications, providing excellent customer service, and supporting both staff and clients as needed.

Qualifications Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with team members and clients. Strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration capabilities, ensuring organized and efficient operations. Proficiency in handling Office Equipment and technology for day-to-day office management tasks. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
