Your main purpose Drive business growth across the DACH region through strategic sales initiatives and strong market execution.
Develop and execute sales strategies for Southeast Germany & Austria, ensuring close alignment with overall business objectives, local market dynamics, and regional customer expectations.
Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to management.
Represent the brand at regional trade fairs, industry events, and networking forums to enhance visibility and market presence.
What will you bring? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for strategic sales functions.
Minimum of5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry, with a track record of success in similar regional markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close deals
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently within the region to maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strong team spirit and ability to coordinate multiple activities across the Group, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
