Part-time Leasing Agent

Sherman, TX
to lease apartment units and provide exceptional service to both current and prospective residents. This position offers competitive pay starting at $17 per hour and a robust benefits package, including paid time off and opportunities for professional growth. A Day in the Life of a Leasing Agent
As a Leasing Agent, your primary responsibility is to optimize occupancy by leasing units and maintaining a strong lease renewal program. Your day-to-day duties include: Conducting property tours and showcasing available units and amenities Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and social media Following up with prospective residents to guide them through the leasing process Collaborating with property staff to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies Maintaining strong closing ratios and working to meet or exceed occupancy goals Preparing accurate rental paperwork and clearly explaining lease terms to residents Ensuring safety by promptly reporting hazards and assisting with property upkeep Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service or the service industry (leasing experience is a plus, but not required) Flexible availability, including "on call" hours as needed Who We're Looking For
