Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sherman, TX at a brand new Class A multifamily complex containing 174 units. The Leasing Manager is responsible for all property and leasing operations, including lease up, tenant relations, lease administration, renewals and maintenance coordination. Key responsibilities involve market research to optimize property performance, ensuring high resident retention through exceptional customer service, and liaising with upper management to maintain operational efficiency and revenue growth. The role requires analyzing rental markets, implementing leasing strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. This position has an anticipated start date of April 1, 2026.
Qualifications Experience in Property Management focusing on Lease Up (required)
Proficiency in performing Market Research and analyzing competitive property landscapes
Property Management skills and experience in overseeing all daily multifamily operations
Demonstrated expertise in fostering Resident Retention through customer service and tenant engagement
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with diverse teams
Proficiency in AppFolio property management software and Microsoft Office suite (required)
Knowledge of multifamily maintenance coordination
