Our Residential Division partners with Indiana’s leading production and custom home builders to deliver flooring and interior solutions that consistently meet high expectations.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Residential Account Executive who is motivated by success, long-term relationships, and measurable results—not just commission checks.

The Opportunity As a Residential Account Executive, you will be the face of JLG to builders, developers, and contractors throughout Indiana. You will own your territory, drive new business, and expand existing relationships within the residential construction market.

This role is designed for someone who can hit the ground running, understands the residential build cycle, and takes pride in building a book of business that lasts.

What You’ll Do Sales & Territory Development

Identify, pursue, and secure new business with residential builders and developers

Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools

Conduct jobsite visits, walkthroughs, and in-person relationship meetings

Research upcoming communities, developments, and residential projects

Relationship Management

Build long-term partnerships with builder purchasing teams and superintendents

Represent JLG at Home Builder Association (HBA) and Indiana Builders Association (IBA) events

Provide consistent follow-up, clear communication, and exceptional customer service

Sales Execution

Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals

Collaborate closely with estimating and operations teams to ensure accuracy and smooth execution

Negotiate pricing, manage expectations, and close deals aligned with company goals

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives

What You Bring

3+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, flooring, building materials, or home building preferred)

Strong understanding of residential construction timelines and builder purchasing processes

Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and close new business

Professional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, accountable, and driven by long‑term success and performance

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel statewide

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary + Commission with total earnings potential of $80,000–$120,000
