The Commercial Loan Support Specialist II prepares documents for all commercial loan types by following established lending policies and procedures. This role is responsible for providing prompt and accurate service to lending personnel. The Commercial Loan Support Specialist II is a multi-functional, customer-oriented individual who relies on instructions and pre-established procedures to perform the functions of this job. This role expands to include a higher level of documentation knowledge, increased production and accuracy levels determined by pre- and post-closing review. What you will do

Prepare and deliver compliant, enforceable loan document packages for Commercial loan types utilizing Bank software. Review documents to ensure the structure and terms of the loans conform to credit approval and Bank policies. Analyze business entity structures to ensure accurate loan documents. Communicate issues to lending officers and loan assistants. Conduct due diligence of title commitments, flood determinations, insurance, and other pre-closing items. Set up specific document requirements in the imaging and tracking system. Adhere to Bank policies and procedures as well as industry regulations. Demonstrate the ability to independently make sound decisions based upon Bank policies, procedures, knowledge, and experience. Manage multiple tasks and respond to pressure and change with poise and confidence. Assist other co-workers and willingly cross-train in other areas as needed. Other Qualifications/Requirements

Able to learn programs such as: LaserPro, INFO-ACCESS, OnBase, SharePoint, Xperience. Associate’s Degree and minimum 3 years consumer or commercial loan process preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years loan documentation preparation preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Who We Are
